About For The Love of Upstate

For The Love of Upstate is a design-forward hospitality company transforming historic homes across Upstate New York into high-end short-term rentals. We specialize in acquiring architecturally significant properties and giving them new life through thoughtful renovations that honor their past while elevating them for modern living. From original millwork to artisan tile, every design decision is rooted in integrity and intention. Our properties are more than just places to stay—they're places to reconnect. Whether it's a solo creative retreat or a long weekend with friends, we curate environments that inspire calm, spark ideas, and feel like a true escape. Backed by a community of aligned investors, we’re growing a portfolio of beautifully restored homes that celebrate the character of Upstate and the comfort of well-designed spaces. Stay awhile. Invest with us. Fall in love with Upstate.
