Our CDMO capabilities include conventional sterile injectables and three core advanced technology platforms: ● Conventional aqueous solution products ● Lyophilized sterile formulations ● Liposomal & nanoparticle-based drug delivery ● Microsphere & polymer-based controlled-release systems ● in situ depot formulations for long-acting injectables This assortment of service offerings allows us to address the challenging issues that sterile drug product developers face, including the need for prolonged circulation times, passive or active targeting, reduced toxicity, improved solubility of poorly soluble drugs, sustained drug release, slow-release, or simply finding a CDMO partner dedicated to conventional injectable quality excellence. Based in East Windsor, New Jersey, ForDoz recognized significant unmet medical needs best served by novel, complex injectable therapeutics. While the expertise and capacity to manufacture these products existed in other global markets, U.S. capabilities were not keeping pace with demand for conventional sterile injectable production, let alone for complex formulations. As a fully integrated pharmaceutical company with end-to-end capabilities, ForDoz has worked tirelessly for the last 20 years to expand U.S. conventional and complex sterile drug expertise, capabilities, and capacity.
