About Forest Therapy Collective NSW
Forest Therapy Collective NSW is a team of certified guides who deliver forest therapy and nature-based biohacking solutions tailored for corporate wellbeing and productivity. We partner with organisations wanting to enhance employee resilience, focus, and mental health through proven nature immersion practices. Forest therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing,” was developed in Japan in the 1980s as a public health response to rising stress and burnout among corporate workers. Today, it is recognised worldwide as a research-backed preventative public health practice that lowers cortisol, strengthens immunity, and improves mental clarity. Our guides are professionally trained and accredited with backgrounds in environmental education, forest therapy facilitation (including Japanese Shinrin-yoku) personal-training and functional-fitness expertise. Together, we have facilitated programs across schools, community organisations, and wellbeing events, and now extend this expertise to corporate teams seeking innovative approaches to staff wellbeing and resilience. When combined with biohacking principles—deliberate strategies to boost physical and mental wellbeing —forest therapy becomes a powerful tool for boosting attention, focus, and creativity in the workplace.
