About Forever Athlete Management

Forever Athlete Management (FAM) was founded by Marine Corps Veteran Damian Knight and entrepreneurial partner Jeffery Poe after crossing paths on their journey to becoming NFLPA Certified Contract Advisors. What began as professional alignment quickly became a shared mission: to build an agency rooted in integrity, loyalty, and long-term advocacy for athletes. They believed family should always come first, and they were determined to create a model of representation where athletes are never treated as transactions. The name Forever Athlete Management reflects our core philosophy in two meaningful ways. Forever represents our lifelong commitment. From college decision-making and draft preparation to contract negotiations, brand development, and post-career planning, we stand beside our athletes at every stage. Our representation is built for longevity, not short-term gain. FAM stands for Family. Every athlete we represent is valued, protected, and supported as such. We celebrate the wins, navigate the challenges, and remain present through every transition. Once you join FAM, you are never cast aside. What sets us apart is our trusted network of strategic partners dedicated to safeguarding and elevating your future. Our team includes experienced agents, veterans, legal professionals, financial advisors, and visionary entrepreneurs who understand both the business of sports and the responsibility that comes with managing careers. Our services include: • Contract negotiation & career strategy • NIL advisory & brand partnerships • Public relations & media strategy • Financial planning access & mentorship • Long-term legacy and post-career planning At Forever Athlete Management, we are committed to building more than successful athletes; we build leaders, brands, and lasting legacies. Your goals are our goals. And together, we move forward forever.
