About FOREVER SMILES Implant Center

Forever Smiles Implant Center is a specialized dental implant center in Jacksonville, Florida, dedicated exclusively to full-mouth and full-arch dental implant solutions, including All-on-4®–style treatments. Founded and led by Dr. Brian Young, a residency-trained surgical specialist with over 20 years of experience and more than 25,000 implants placed, Forever Smiles focuses on solving the most complex dental problems: patients with missing teeth, failing dental work, advanced gum disease, or those struggling with removable dentures. We believe this level of care should be done once, done right, and done predictably. Unlike general dental offices, our center is built entirely around full-mouth implant care. Our integrated team includes surgical, restorative, anesthesiology, and laboratory professionals working seamlessly together under one roof. This allows us to deliver immediate, fixed teeth in just 1 day followed by custom, long-term zirconia restorations designed for strength, function, and natural appearance. Dr. Young is also actively involved in training and educating dentists and surgeons from across the country, reinforcing Forever Smiles’ role as a leader in implant dentistry, not just a provider. Our mission is simple: To restore confidence, health, and quality of life through beautiful, functional, implant-supported smiles while delivering care that is safe, honest, and predictable. Because this isn’t just about teeth. It’s about helping people smile, eat, and live confidently again.
