About Forma Staffing + Consulting

The name Forma comes from the Latin word for form or shape—a foundational concept in building and design. It reflects the belief that great design is not only about aesthetics, but also structure, function, and intention. At Forma, we apply the same philosophy to recruitment. We help shape high-performing teams by connecting businesses with talent who fit—not just on paper, but in culture, vision, and craft. Based in Vancouver, we specialize in permanent hires within the architectural, construction, and property & facilities management fields, bringing a collaborative approach to building careers and companies with lasting impact across Western Canada.
