About Formation Studio

We are rooted in dance movement. We strengthen the connection between your body, brain and the beat. We provide a judgment-free space from the world, but most importantly, from yourself. Formation exists to help you form habits that build you forward. Own your presence, find your power and feel freedom within the music. We are here, moving together, with you.
