FormIQ is a movement training system that uses controlled instability — requiring the body to continuously organize, coordinate, and align in order to balance — creating real-time sensory feedback that drives natural self-correction and improves how team members move safely under load. The body physically feels the difference between correct and incorrect movement — so mechanics improve through sensation, not instruction. This is how improvements on the device translate directly to the job. FormIQ trains athletes to start a throw/swing in the back leg/hip, keep their weight back and front shoulder closed while moving towards the target. By challenging mindfulness and proprioception, FormIQ gives athletes instant sensory feedback — helping them feel when their mechanics are right and self-correct when they’re not.
