About FormTech Fitness - Elite Personal Fitness Training

As owner, operator, and executive trainer of Formtech Fitness Training, in the Windermere/Ocoee communities of Orlando, Florida, I can promise you this - if you do your part and are willing to put in the work, we will do our part to take you to that level of fitness you seek. Every trainee's goals are unique. IFit Personal Training is about individual attention, and individual attention does not come cheap. We don't run Groupons or hard-sell clients into annual contracts. We don't chase business. We choose to work with athletes, professional men and women, and people serious about achieving their goals. We aren't the studio for tire-kickers. Try those other options first. The CrossFit boxes, the LA Fitness social clubs, the latest fad; and then when you are ready to get serious, come see us. We'll be here for you, and we'll make sure you meet your specific health and fitness goals.
