About Forsah

Forsah is a testing, certification and compliance company, established by Qualified Energy Engineers Sean Collins and John Leahy. Their combined expertise from years working in the irish construction industry spans all key aspects of building performance—air tightness testing, acoustic testing, ventilation validation, and building energy ratings (BER). This depth of knowledge positions Forsah as an ideal compliance partner for residential builders. Through daily engagement with residential home builders, Sean and John developed a deep understanding of the challenges that arise at the building completion stage. Their experience highlighted the critical need for a reliable and efficient building compliance partner to prevent delays and ensure timely project delivery.
