About Forsite Infrastructure, LLC

We specialize in high-impact infrastructure assets, including data centers, distribution centers, energy storage, and power generation. Our proactive, integrated approach begins with identifying sites with potentially higher and better uses. It then uses its internal expertise to position sites early for strategic interconnection, enabling faster development of replacement generation and digital infrastructure before fossil facility retirements. Forsite is committed to structuring win-win-win outcomes—revitalizing communities, supporting grid resilience, and creating long-term value for utilities and landowners. We don’t just fill the gaps left behind by legacy assets—we build what comes next.
