Our company was founded in the late 1980s as a small business and has grown over the years through referrals from satisfied customers. Here are at Forth Group we manage HOA associations and commercial properties in downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. HOA and condos range from 30 units to 700 units, mid-rise and hi-rise. Commercial properties include office and retail. Forth Group also provides group and bulk property insurance services, discounted energy and green building solutions, property repair and maintenance services.
