About Fortitude Arts

Fortitude Arts empowers women and girls to build resilience, confidence, and community through the fusion of art and sport. We create inclusive spaces where creativity meets physical strength, storytelling meets teamwork, and self-expression becomes a tool for personal growth. Our mission is to help women and girls develop resilience, confidence, and creativity by combining the transformative power of the arts with the discipline and empowerment of sport. Through workshops, community projects, exhibitions, and outreach, we amplify underrepresented voices and foster belonging, growth, and wellbeing. Our vision is a world where every woman and girl sees herself as strong, creative, and capable — on the canvas, on the field, and in life.
