FORUM Properties Africa (FPA) was founded in 2007 as an independent part of the FORUM Properties Group. FPA is an Africa-focused, large scale real estate developer. The Group has a solid track record of developing high quality, mixed-use developments internationally and to date has developed 22 commercial office projects and over 458,000m² of residential and office property. The company works with a team of property development specialists with significant collective experience in real estate development and management on the African continent.
