Featuring a seductive and charismatic upstairs Cocktail Bar and a downstairs fully operational distillery, kitchen, bar and seated alfresco area. Fossey’s offers the highest quality of Victorian premium, small-batch gin, whisky, vodka, rum and everything in-between.
