About Foster Athletics & Training LLC

Foster Athletics started as a performance, fitness, functional training, and post-rehabilitation service provider. For more than eight years, we have offered programs such as nutrition advice, injury prevention, and training techniques that are designed specifically for each client. Today, we have grown into a high-end training brand based in the Chicagoland area. Our specializations include conditioning, recovery, and training, and we offer them to professional and collegiate athletes, youth levels, and general population clientele.
