About found.Consulting

We're a boutique, woman-owned fractional recruiting consultancy founded with the mission to simplify recruiting for companies too small to have a dedicated talent acquisition team of their own. With that in mind, we act as an integrated part of your team in finding the best fit for your technical and cultural needs billed at an hourly rate. Simply put: We help good marketers attract good marketers. But that's not the only thing that makes us different. We meet with our clients weekly to ensure we're on target. We give our clients access to our candidate databases. We get to know our clients' businesses, leaders, and what makes their teams tick. Transparency is core to who we are. Interested in seeing if we're a fit or want to join our network of over 20,000 marketers, reach out to us today!
