About Foundation Health

Foundation Health operates in many healthcare verticals, including medical supply retail/wholesale, staffing services, virtual mental health, and private referral services for home care and Allied Health. In addition, we procure and operate primary care clinics in established and greenfield settings. Our primary care clinics are staffed with CPSO-certified family doctors, administrative staff, and nursing and care coordinators, offering multidisciplinary care in a team-based setting. Many of our clinics are located in or attached to pharmacies to round out our comprehensive care model with our pharmacist partners.
