Fourth Trimester Friend provides experienced, in-home and virtual support for families during the newborn period — including families transitioning home after NICU care. Founded by Tatiana McGee, DNP, AC-PNP, a neonatal nurse and pediatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of NICU and pediatric experience in the U.S. and Australia, Fourth Trimester Friend bridges the gap between hospital care and real life at home. Services focus on: • Newborn care and feeding support • Post-NICU discharge transition and parental confidence • Sleep, settling, and early developmental guidance • Reassurance, education, and calm clinical oversight The approach is intentionally supportive, relationship-based, and non-judgmental — offering families timely, experienced guidance when questions arise and confidence feels fragile.
