Foxrock Properties is headquartered just south of downtown Boston, in Quincy, Massachusetts. We acquire, develop, and manage commercial real estate. Our principals began developing and managing commercial properties in 1982, specializing in space for IT/Telco users. Today, our portfolio includes over one million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and commercial medical property on the south shore of Massachusetts. Our construction and property management staff comprises over 100 years of industry expertise. We are united in our commitment to providing sustainable, high-value/low-maintenance solutions for our tenants and for properties of all asset types. Our ability to deliver results through CSR-driven principles has been recognized by local governments, the commonwealth of Massachusetts, and our clients and tenants.
