Because it's difficult for rental owners to capture the returns from solar, since tenants typically pay their energy bills. The solar energy savings would bypass the landlord, so they don’t bother to install. Fram Energy's team of engineers makes solar deployment for multifamily and single family rentals profitable and effortless. Fram Energy supports property owners with installing solar and enables them to recoup the investment through our tenant energy billing software. Essentially, we split the solar savings between the owner and the tenant. We deliver new and predictable NOI, compliance with energy codes/net zero commitments and a compelling tenant value proposition.
