About Framework Psychology

Framework Psychology works with adults and older adolescents (15+) experiencing a variety of mental health issues or life challenges. In-person appointments are available in Kew East, Victoria. Our services are available by telehealth, Australia-wide. Our team apply a range of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. The benefits of psychotherapy can include the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, improved mental health, better coping skills, increased self-awareness, improved relationships, and enhanced quality of life. We also provide assessment services that can evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning through methods including interviews, standardised tests, and observation. These assessments can help identify strengths and weaknesses, diagnose mental health disorders, and understand your unique personality and patterns of behaviour. We provide comprehensive assessments for adult ADHD.
