Frank offers both Team and Executive Coaching to enable leaders, teams and businesses to maximise their effectiveness within today’s increasingly challenging environment. Frank is led by Matt Hinton and Frances Taylor who founded Frank in 2023. Together, we’ve built a coaching practice that uniquely blends a proven track record of successful business leadership with the gold-standard of Team and Executive Coaching. We came together due to our shared passion for people development and delivering exceptional business outcomes. As coaches, we are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained together to Level 2 PCC on Barefoot Coaching’s flagship training programme. We also hold Team Coaching Practitioner status. The Frank team are proven operators with a breadth of business experience working in fast growth start-ups and large-scale corporates. Whilst based in the UK we also operate internationally.
