About Fred's Auto Removal

Fred’s Auto Removal is a reliable provider of junk car removal, cash for cars, and auto recycling services based in Portland, Oregon, with the ability to serve clients nationwide through a trusted partner network. We help individuals, businesses, and organizations get rid of unwanted, damaged, or inoperable vehicles quickly, legally, and responsibly—while offering fast cash payments and free towing in most cases. If you have an old car taking up space in your driveway, a totaled vehicle after an accident, or a fleet of commercial cars that need to be removed, Fred’s Auto Removal makes the process simple. We accept vehicles in any condition—wrecked, broken-down, running or not, Title or Lost Title, and even abandoned or unwanted vehicles in some cases. Our team provides fair quotes, schedules prompt pickups, and handles all necessary paperwork. With strong roots in the Portland metro area, we’ve become a local favorite for honest service, fast response times, and environmentally responsible practices. At the same time, we’ve built a growing nationwide network of towing and recycling partners, allowing us to serve customers in other cities and states with the same level of professionalism and care. What sets us apart is our commitment to customer convenience and environmental responsibility. We believe in transparent pricing and never charge hidden fees. When we make you an offer, we stick to it. Most pickups can be scheduled within 24 hours, and we pay on the spot—either in cash or digitally, depending on your preference. As part of our dedication to sustainability, every vehicle we remove is processed through certified recycling centers. We ensure all fluids are properly drained, hazardous materials are safely disposed of, and usable parts are salvaged. The remaining metal and materials are recycled, reducing waste and contributing to a cleaner planet. We follow all Oregon DEQ, EPA, and national recycling standards.
