About Fresh Approach Nutrition

Hi! I’m Sophie, a private registered dietitian based in central Bristol and the founder of Fresh Approach Nutrition. I offer a range of services to businesses and individual clients, in person at our Hampton Road clinic in Redland, Bristol and online across the UK. Below is a flavour of what Fresh Approach Nutrition has to offer: Nutrition education group sessions I love educating in a group setting as it's so great to see individuals learn from each other as well as from myself as the facilitator. I have provided group education sessions on topics such as pre-diabetes and weight management for both the NHS and private healthcare companies. Workplace Wellness Health and wellbeing in the workplace is so important, and some of my favourite work is running workplace wellness events. I can provide fun, educational and interactive food and nutrition sessions at your workplace under topics such as ‘Food and Mood’, ‘Healthy Lunches’ and ‘Healthy Snacks’. Nutrition consulting, training and support Examples of my previous work include: Consulting for a catering company regarding meal planning to meet nutritional standards; staff nutrition and allergen training for school catering teams and clinical support for an online weight management programme. Private Clinic An experienced and passionate dietitian, I work with clients at my clinic in Bristol and across the UK via online consultations. I aim to cut through the confusion of nutrition advice on the internet and in the media, and to give my clients the fresh approach they need to see real results. My specialist areas include; - Mental Health Nutrition - Digestive Health - Weight Loss and Chronic Conditions
