Each Frolic cooperative features thoughtfully designed spaces that balance privacy with community connection, with sustainable design elements and financing structures that build equity while maintaining affordability. As a certified B Corporation, we're committed to inclusive neighborhood development that supports first-time homebuyers. After the successful completion of our flagship project in Seattle, we're now expanding across Washington and California with 5 active projects and 48+ in our development pipeline.
