About From Us to You

Patrik and Jordan created From Us to You inspired by the impact of mental health stories shared with them while Patrik was in the NHL Player's Assistance Program. When they are not working behind the scenes of From Us to You, Patrik is a professional hockey player in the NHL, and Jordan attends NYU Steinhart to earn her Master's in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling. They hope that From Us to You will be a supportive resource for anyone who has faced adversity in their mental health journey.
