RTA Labs is an India-based AI company building real-world AI systems and foundational models from scratch. We focus on two core areas: AI Frontier Research Lab Building specialized foundation models designed for complex reasoning and deep, cross-domain understanding. On-Device Smol Edge Models Efficient, privacy-first models that run locally bringing powerful AI to edge devices. Our model range spans from ~90M to ~32B parameters—covering practical deployment needs with a mix of strong general-purpose and highly specialized models. We care about real-world performance, not benchmarks. No overfitting. No test-set tricks. No shortcuts. Just robust generalization and open, fine-tunable models that are efficient, stable, and built to adapt. We build AI that works outside the lab—at scale, in production, in the real world.
