As we have grown, we’ve maintained our commitment to personal relationships rooted in confidence and trust. Essentially, we believe in providing our clients with a team they can count on - people they know, with clear roles and responsibilities and a reporting structure that ensures effective communication and accountability. The ft3 advantage is a hand-picked team ideally suited to the needs of your unique project, with the benefit of additional architectural, landscape and interior design resources available on a moment’s notice. Among the projects in our portfolio, the ones that stand out are those that are personal to us. They’re meaningful and offer evidence that effective design contributes to fulfilment of purpose. It’s invigorating work, and with each project our understanding increases, informing subsequent efforts and building best practice capacity across all disciplines. Ultimately, we believe in the capacity of architecture to enhance physical, spiritual and emotional well-being, productivity and quality of life. Intuitive design is no accident. Meticulous planning, coordination and consultation are key ingredients in design that elevates and inspires in equal measure.
