About FTG Builders, Inc.

FTG Builders, Inc., (FTG) is a Silicon Valley general contracting firm specializing in the high standards and rigorous requirements of construction for the healthcare and education industries. FTG’s three partners -Michael Fernandes, Rodney Terra, Jr., and Robert Giancola - founded the company on three core values: Ingenuity in Construction Accountability in Business Integrity in Relationships The Founders of FTG Builders designed a flat, agile organization delivering personal access and professional accountability to clients who value responsive relationships. This approach of clear and frequent communication is a sharp contrast to an industry rife with multi-layered, impersonal service. Each founder is a construction industry veteran with decades of experience. All are natives of the San Francisco Bay Area with established reputations in the region for managing major construction projects, from design through occupancy, on time and within budget. For every project, every day on the job, each principal of FTG takes a hands-on approach, applying his individual expertise and relentless commitment to excellence.
