About Full Life Psychology

Full Life Psychology provides a warm, professional psychology service for adults and older adolescents in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Our experienced team have a depth and breath of knowledge, training and life experience. Modalities our team utilise include EMDR, Schema, CBT, ACT and Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT). Examples of presentations we work with (not a complete list) include trauma, depression, anxiety, couples therapy, workplace stress, self harm, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, resilience and mental well-being in leadership, adjustment challenges, and so forth.
