About Fundacion Manos del Sur

Fundación Manos del Sur is a US-based nonprofit focused on expanding access to high-quality education across Latin America. For over 25 years, we have partnered with local organizations to support programs addressing the most critical barriers faced by children and youth — including education, health, and nutrition. Our approach is focused and selective: we identify high-potential grassroots initiatives, strengthen their capacity, and support their long-term development to ensure sustainable impact. To date, we have reached tens of thousands of children through more than 50 programs across the region. We believe that education is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty.
