The Community of Hope Foundation (Fundacja Wspólnota Nadziei) was founded in 1998. The overarching goal of its creation was to create and run a center of permanent residence, work, therapy, and rehabilitation as well as recreation for adults with autism spectrum disorder. "The Farm of Life" (Farma Życia), which is run by The Community of Hope Foundation operates in Więckowice near Krakow. It is a unique center of permanent residence and work, therapy, and rehabilitation for young people and adults with autism spectrum disorder. The Community of Hope Foundation has an area of 7 ha in the beautifully located Jurassic Landscape Parks. Established in 2005, the farm received the organic farm certificate in 2008. As part of The Farm of Life, occupational therapy workshops, permanent residences, and the necessary rehabilitation base were created. The center also conducts rehabilitation for a wider group of people with autism. The target concept is to create jobs and rehabilitation for over 100 people, both with autism spectrum disorders.
