Despite women making up over 75% of mortuary science graduates, nearly half leave the profession within five years. Funeral Women Lead is tackling this challenge through mentorship, coaching, education, and advocacy—ensuring women have the support they need to thrive. As the organization grows, it is working toward becoming a 501(c)(3) charitable organization to expand its impact and reach even more women in the profession.
