Scope of Activities: • Structural Steel Fabrication - Erection along with Sand Blasting & Painting for Furnace & Batch House structures & Silos. • Refractory Lining / Installation of furnace. Chimney Fabrication & Erection and its Refractory Lining. Furnace Steel & Refractory Dismantling. • Fabrication & Erection of Furnace utility pipeline, i.e. compressed air, furnace oil, natural gas, cooling water pipeline, pipeline for bubblers and boosting systems. • Pre-manufacturing and installation of duct for metal line cooling, duct for combustion air and installation of electrical blowers. • Installation of All Equipment of Furnace, Forehearths & Batch House. Heat up of the Furnace with high velocity burners and its expansion control. Regenerator decongestion using high velocity high burners & by Poking. Drilling of the Furnace and Glass draining. • Cullet filling in the Furnace using cullet chargers after Heat-up.
