About Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program

The FLEX Alumni Program serves over 33,000 FLEX alumni. After spending a year on program in the United States, alumni return home with enhanced leadership skills and a firsthand understanding of the United States. Active and engaged, alumni become accomplished scholars and professionals, and maintain linkages between their home countries and the United States.
