We are a full solutions reseller. Our Account Executives and Solution Architects work as a team to assess the clients goals and requirements. Our methodology includes an onsite client consultation with the Solution Architect and the Account Executive. Together this comprehensive assessment results in a strategic solution including the hardware, software and services that will be required to create and implement a total solution. FTEI has written an internal portal database, Contract One, to enhance our service offerings and realize repeat revenue and reduced down time. The completion of our WOC center, which also houses our solutions lab, allows our partners and clients a live working atmosphere with hands on abilities.
