About FX1 Labs

🔗 Why Your F&B Operation Needs an Ecosystem, Not Just Software At FX1 Labs, we don't just implement Odoo. We orchestrate complete digital ecosystems. Here's what that means: ❌ THE OLD WAY: Disconnected Tools - Recipe costs in CalcMenu (manual export) - Procurement in spreadsheets (phone calls) - Inventory in Odoo (manual entry) - Pricing on Solum e-labels (manual updates) - Marketplace orders on Intégrale (separate login) Result? Data re-entered 5+ times. Errors everywhere. Zero real-time visibility. ✅ THE FX1 LABS WAY: Connected Ecosystem We integrate: - CalcMenu (recipe management) ↔️ Odoo (inventory costing) - Intelligent Excel ↔️ Odoo (one-click procurement) - Odoo ↔️ Intégrale/Transgourmet (automatic marketplace ordering) - Odoo ↔️ Solum (real-time e-label pricing) - Barcode systems ↔️ Odoo (instant inventory updates) Result? Data flows automatically. One source of truth. Real-time everything. 🎯 REAL EXAMPLE: Culinary Arts Academy Le Bouveret BEFORE: → Chef creates recipe in CalcMenu (manual) → Executive Chef receives Excel orders (basic) → 8 hours calling suppliers for products → Manual notes, phone confirmations → No connection to inventory or pricing AFTER (FX1 Labs Ecosystem): → Chef selects products from Odoo database in smart Excel → Recipe costs from CalcMenu inform purchasing decisions → One-click sends orders to Odoo + Intégrale marketplace → Suppliers confirm via portal → Inventory updates automatically → E-labels (Solum) reflect real-time pricing → 8 hours → 8 minutes 📊 OUR ECOSYSTEM INTEGRATIONS: 🔷 Odoo ERP (Core Platform) Procurement | Inventory | Manufacturing | Accounting 🔷 CalcMenu Integration Recipe management → Automatic cost calculation → Procurement planning 🔷 Solum E-Labels Integration Real-time pricing sync → Instant label updates → No manual price changes 🔷 Intégrale/Transgourmet Marketplaces Automatic order placement → Price comparison → Supplier diversity 🔷 Custom Intelligence Layer Smart Excel interfaces → Barcod
