GADELYS is a consultancy in Aalborg, Denmark. We are a team of consultants who combine insight and strategy to create results. We have background in sociology, social psychology, communication and digital media. We work from the principle of "learn to act", where we learn about interpersonal relationships and companies before we act. From there we have the principle of "act to learn": to test, learn and adapt solutions in close collaboration with our customers. We approach our work strategically, so that the product is delivered simply, holistically and coherently, where theoretical knowledge and practical implementation meet in reality. Every company is different. We develop solutions that are based on the customer's specific problem, industry and landscape. This means that we start with insight: we listen, analyze and identify the most important challenges – and adapt our efforts accordingly.
