Gagliano Law Offices is an aviation law firm led by attorney John Gagliano, a seasoned litigator, a mechanical engineer and a former Naval Aviator. John is Board Certified in Aviation Law by the Florida Bar. We focus on aviation crash litigation, airline injuries, FAA regulatory compliance, and military cases. We litigate on behalf of individuals and families who have been hurt because of someone else’s wrongdoing. John also represents pilots and operators facing FAA enforcement actions, NTSB proceedings, and regulatory questions. We are one of the few firms with expertise in emerging federal, state and local drone regulations for commercial operators. We represent military active duty, reservists, and veterans. John is an AOPA Pilot Protection Services Panel Attorney, a pilot and a current certified flight instructor.
