About Gandum Village - Conscious Boutique Hotel and Retreats

Redefining the future of hospitality through comfort, design, and regeneration. Gandum Village is more than just a hotel – it’s a regenerative way of living that inspires people to live better while caring for the planet. Located in the heart of the Portuguese region of Alentejo, in Montemor-o-Novo, Gandum brings together accommodation, dining, and coworking in a space that seamlessly blends comfort, vibrant design, and positive impact. At Gandum, we believe sustainability is not just a concept but a daily practice accessible to everyone. We demonstrate that it’s possible to rest, work, and live with purpose, in harmony with nature, without compromising on quality or comfort. Every aspect of Gandum has been carefully designed to make a difference: from the interiors, reflecting bold Portuguese creativity, to our strong ties with the local community and sustainable practices. Our restaurant features locally sourced and responsibly crafted dishes, bridging tradition with innovation, and offering a menu that’s 50% plant-based. Beyond hospitality, Gandum is a platform for a better future. We aim to inspire a regenerative lifestyle by showcasing practical, scalable solutions that improve quality of life while addressing urgent environmental and social challenges. Gandum Village is where comfort meets consciousness, where design meets purpose, and where a sustainable way of life becomes a joyful reality. Join us in redefining what hospitality can be.
