About Garabedian Properties Custom Home Builder

Michael Garabedian is the president and builder of the area’s most prominent luxury homebuilding companies, the one that bears his name – Garabedian Properties. Since 1997, homeowners have entrusted the family-owned firm and its team of skilled craftsmen and superior contractors to design and build one of their most valued assets – a one-of-a-kind home that can never be duplicated. With an award-winning flair for creativity and innovation, Garabedian Properties is able to meet the practical and emotional expectations of each homeowner. The group begins by learning about you, and how you want to live in your home. You are encouraged to be bold and creative in imprinting your spirit and personality into the design. The architect/design team at Garabedian Properties captures your vision with their proficiency in the technical aspects of space planning, engineering and drafting, and their knowledge of materials, finishes, energy-saving features, technology and landscaping. Clients also have the privilege of working with a professional interior designer to help orchestrate design elements and interior appointments that create an inviting and harmonious décor. Since its inception, the company has been guided by one consistent goal – to build your home as if it was their own, while providing prompt, courteous service before, during and long after your home is complete.
