About Garage Equipment Service (Pty) Ltd

Founded in 1938, GES stands as one of the longest-standing and most respected mobility equipment companies in Southern Africa. For over 85 years, we have continually evolved, leading the way in the mobility support services industry. Our legacy is more than our founding date – it is a testament to resilience and an unrelenting commitment to the future of mobility solutions. Our success is not measured only by the equipment we install or the projects we complete, but by the dedication and expertise of our diverse, multi-generational workforce. Many of our team members have been with us for decades, and their institutional knowledge is passed on to new generations through mentorship, training, and shared purpose. Our people-first culture translates into unmatched service delivery and technical support in every engagement. Our expertise spans three core areas: • Vehicle Washing Solutions, • Commercial Vehicle Lifting Equipment, • Forecourt Compressed Air & Tyre Inflation Systems. GES solutions are designed to reduce environmental impact, improve efficiency, and extend the lifespan of mobility assets—helping clients cut costs, minimise downtime, and deliver safer, cleaner services. Across all sectors, we pair technical expertise with a strong focus on sustainability to support smarter mobility infrastructure. Since our humble beginnings, GES has stood for quality, reliability, and service. We don’t just install equipment – we enable businesses to move, clean, lift, maintain, and manage mobility systems more efficiently, more safely, and more sustainably. GES is more than a supplier – we’re a partner.
