We own 6 businesses, both majority and minority stakes, and manage over $250M. Our Approach: We focus on people, buying and holding companies long-term with minimal debt. We retain the management team, close deals within 60 days, and protect the founders' culture and legacy. Strategic Capital: We don’t use institutional investors.
