About Garton Property Group

We offer a collection of stylish short-term rentals designed for comfort, convenience and memorable stays. Our properties include Dolphin Cottage and Wilson Cottage in Henley-on-Thames, Palm Studio in South Kensington and Grosvenor Abode in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Each one is tailored to different needs from family stays and work trips to peaceful retreats and weekend getaways. Within the portfolio is a recently renovated six-bedroom HMO in vibrant Clapham, London, designed around a high-quality, spacious co-living concept. A branch of the company is GPG Management. We’re a small but mighty team dedicated to creating five-star stays, spotless spaces and WiFi that actually works. We oversee the full portfolio and also collaborate with other landlords who share our commitment to quality. We specialise in high-quality short-term rentals across the South East, with hands-on expertise in Airbnb and other leading platforms. From marketing and guest management to cleaning and maintenance, we handle everything so you can enjoy the income without the effort.
