We are NY's First South-Asian Focused Therapy Practice. At Gaya Therapy, we're deeply rooted in understanding the unique emotional and cultural nuances of the South Asian community. We specialize in supporting individuals who identify as South & East Asian American, POC, Third Culture Kid, Immigrant, and Child of Immigrants. Our mission is to help support young adults, couples, teens, and families through life's intricate challenges, offering a safe space for those navigating the complexities of identity, tradition, and modernity. Our approach is emotionally-focused, somatic, and experiential, ensuring that every individual's journey is met with empathy and cultural insight.
