Gazprom (PJSC Gazprom) is a Russian state-owned multinational energy corporation headquartered in Saint Petersburg, and the worlds largest natural gas company, accounting for 94% of Russias gas production and approximately 23% of global output. The company is vertically integrated across exploration and production, refining, transportation, distribution, and power generation, with over 475,000 employees. Gazprom contributes about 8% of Russias GDP and approximately 25% of federal tax revenues.
