About GDMB Gesellschaft der Metallurgen und Bergleute e.V.

The GDMB Society of Metallurgists and Miners (Gesellschaft der Metallurgen und Bergleute e.V.) is an international forum for technical-scientific exchange between industry, authorities and academia and an important part of the international network for raw material extraction and non-ferrous metallurgy. Our members include individuals, companies, university institutes and public authorities from the fields of geology, mining and raw material extraction, beneficiation, refining, remediation and renaturalization, as well as non-ferrous metallurgy and environmental engineering. In addition to our regular meetings of expert and working committees, we organise topic-focused colloquia, symposia and conferences that serve the international knowledge dialogue and are open to all professionals for continuing education.
