About GEFF Türkiye

GEFF Türkiye is a green financing programme developed by the EBRD, and supported by donor-funded technical assistance to accelerate Türkiye’s transition to a green economy. Across its three phases, the programme represents a total financing volume of more than €2.2 billion. GEFF Türkiye supports investments in energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate resilience, and a wider range of green economy activities including sustainable agriculture, nature and biodiversity. The third phase, GEFF Türkiye III, was launched in 2025 with €1 billion including concessional co-financing by the Clean Technology Fund and TaiwanICDF, with a specific focus on supporting green recovery and long term resilience in the regions affected by the February 2023 earthquakes. Stantec Türkiye is the Facility Consultant for GEFF Türkiye I, II and III.
