Each of our agents specializes in different areas of commercial real estate including: Office, Industrial, Retail, Flex, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Land, Health Care, Specialty, Shopping Centers, Sports and Entertainment. For many of our clients, we focus on the Southern California market, but for others we service their nationwide portfolios. Many of our clients have portfolios of millions of square feet of commercial holdings, and we help them manage these by disposing of assets which they acquired in the past that no longer yield optimal results or which pose risks given the new economy, and replace them with new assets with increased ROI and up side.
